in2itiveCMS is our very own content management system, designed and developed by in2itive to provide you with a smarter way of managing your web presence.
Traditionally, websites are designed and maintained by their developers. This means that once your website is complete any changes to that site need to go through the developer. Be it a simple text change, the addition of a whole new page or section, or maybe some new images, your updates are completed when the developer can get to them and can often end up costing you money.
Our CMS puts you back in the drivers seat, giving you every day control over your website. You can make the changes you want when you want them - as easily as you would type words or put pictures into a word document. In addition to providing you with that basic functionality, in2itiveCMS also has the power to provide you with a fully equipped online store as well as plenty of other ways to interact with your customers.
Better still, in2itiveCMS is a completely modular system, allowing us to put together a CMS package that caters to your needs. Modules
Page Editor
The Page Editor module allows you to edit the text on each page of your website as easily as if you were typing them into a document or an email. You can add, delete and modify any page of the website at any time. In addition to manipulating the content of each pagem Page Editor allows you to change the formatting of the text, insert and remove links and add bulleted lists etc.
Site Images
The Site Images module provides you with the ability to upload any image for use with your website. You are then able to place the images on one or more pages on your website using Page Editor. Site Images automatically web formats and resizes your images for use on the internet.
E-Commerce Online Store and Shopping Cart
The Online Store and Shopping Cart module allows you to sell your products through your website. With Online Store and Shopping Cart you can create product categories and upload details, pricing and images of your products. Visitors to your website are then able to browse your catalogue and purchase one or more products directly from your website.
Customer Central
The Customer Central module puts you in touch with your customers and allows them easy access to your website. Not only can you see who has ordered what from your website, but you can get in touch with them easily. Send one or all of your customers information on your latest specials and products and keep them up to date with the latest happenings within your organisation - this can be done with a simple email through in2itiveCMS or you can export their mailing address details for your own purposes.
Both you and your customers can view their order history and get real time reports on what business they're providing you with.
News & Announcements / Blog
The News & Announcements module allows you to add and modify special announcements or blog entries to your website. These are immediately viewable on your main page and sorted in date order. Each item is automatically syndicated using RSS and social networking features.
File Library
The File Library module allows you to upload PDF and ZIP files to your website for public consumption. Each file can be attached to a particular page where it will appear as a download link.
Photo Gallery
The Photo Gallery module allows you to create multiple photo albums that appear on your website, each containing any number of images. The Photo Gallery creates a special page on your website where all images can be viewed. Like Site Images, the Photo Gallery module automatically web formats and resizes your images.
Event Calendar
The Event Calendar module allows you to provide your customers with the date, time, location and other relevant details of events hosted by or related to your business. Your events appear on a dedicated page on your website in date order, with previous events available for customers to see.
Form Builder
Form Builder allows you to build forms for your visitors to fill in online. You can add as many questions and options as you like and once completed by your customers they simply appear in your inbox.
